Yes, we can deliver your order in paper bags for a small fee. The fee remains the same regardless of the number of bags used.
If you prefer not to use bags, your order will be delivered in reusable crates. Our couriers are patient and will give you plenty of time to unload your groceries.
To ensure freshness and safety, we always pack sensitive items—such as fresh meat—separately from cleaning products and other chemicals.
You can change your bag preference up until 11:45 PM the day before your scheduled delivery or collection.
For same-day delivery or collection, you can update your preferences by:
- 8:44 AM for deliveries or collections between 1 PM and 6 PM
- 12:44 PM for deliveries or collections between 6 PM and 10 PM
