If you remove an applied coupon or money voucher before completing the order, you get to keep it. Its status will change back to “unredeemed” in the Clubcard app.
But if you don’t complete the order and leave an applied voucher or coupon there, its status will stay at “redeemed” in the Clubcard app. You won’t be able to use this coupon or voucher again in the future. You can still get your coupon back if you call our customer centre on +420 800 222 555 and ask them for help. You will get the value of your coupon back as an e-coupon in your online Tesco account. The money vouchers will be changed back to points in your Clubcard app.
You can cancel confirmed order in your Tesco profile. Log in and click on ‘My Orders’. You can also use your Tesco Online Shopping app to cancel an order. Third option is to call us on +420 800 222 555. We are here for you every day from 8 am to 11 pm.
If you cancel your order by one of the mentioned ways within given time, your applied coupon or voucher will change back to “unredeemed” in the Clubcard app. You get to keep it and use it next time while shopping online.
