- Check if you entered the eCoupon code correctly please.
- Check the expiration date to make sure your eCoupon is valid please. Your eCoupon must be valid on the day of delivery.
- Check if the eCoupon is written in your name please. Some eCoupons can be used only by a specific person.
- Have you tried to use the eCoupon more than once? Tesco eCoupons can only be used once. eCoupons providing multiple usage are rare.
- Check if your order total price is higher than the set minimum. eCoupon codes can be used only if you spend a minimum amount. This amount is specified on each eCoupon. – Have you tried to enter more than one eCoupon? You can only use one eCoupon per order.
- Are you trying to use your eCoupon on a foreign Tesco website? eCoupons can only be used on the website of the emitting country.
