When the ordered product is not in stock, we offer you a similar one instead. These products are called substitutes. You can find them in the order summary we send to your email.
How to allow substitutes in your order? During the online shopping tick the box allowing us to add substitutes to your order if needed. You allow substitutes for the whole order or for specific products only. If you don’t want any substitutes, leave the box unticked.
The price, package size and a brand of a substitute may differ from the original product
You can always reject substitutes and give them back to the courier. You won’t be charged.
If we cannot find an adequate substitute, no product will be added to your order. You won’t be charged for the unavailable product.
